This place is cool, Russ, Mike t and I rode here yesterday, did 14 miles and sure there is at least another 6 in the normal loop. Lots me awesome single track, from smooth and flowy to tough and rocky. I'm going to get out there with my gps and learn my way around, like to do and epic ride there later this year

I would go back there for sure too, but I will leave that stupid bike with gears at home  .
Next time I plan on avoiding that F'in bee's nest though

By the way Wendell was really cool. Some fun trails linked together by double track. Lots of rocks and a couple of ledge crossings with some little drop offs. Fairly technical in place. I liked it. Im sure JA could figure out a better way to link it all up for a good ride.

Just a heads up to anyone going to Wendell--this is the mailing address (I'd guess) and won't get you to the forest :)

Are there any maps or GPS plots for the trails?

beware that threads in the mtb rides forum are deleted automatically. i moved this to a forum where that won't happen.

There is a decent trail map on the DCR site for this place. There's also details on mtbr trail reviews from the nemba folks who cut the trails.

Paul has Wendell on the Garmin site, he starts on rt 2 just after Erving were the mm trail crosses. you should be able to find it under Wendell, he would be willing to lead a ride there if anyone is interested .... :?

I've got a crude map from the NEMBA ride we did this summer, will throw it in my car and bring it to the party
